This weekend we will enjoy the programming of the Millor Family Shows Festival, promoted by the Sa Màniga Auditorium and the Ajuntament de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, in collaboration with Sa Xerxa de Teatre Infantil i Juvenil. The days of October 5th and 6th will be filled with proposals from a festival designed for family enjoyment of theater!
Today, October 5th, the Ludoteca de jardí i carrer will kick off the theatrical section of Millor! at 4 PM in the Auditorium Park. It consists of a space with wooden games focused on aim, motor skills, discovery, experimentation, both cooperative and competitive. Following that, at 6:30 PM, it will be the turn of LAIKA, by Xirriquiteula Teatre (Catalonia). This is a show that speaks of the wonders of the sky but also of the injustices on earth. Set in Moscow in 1957, during the Cold War and the space race, Laika is a little dog that survives in the frozen streets of the city. Little does she imagine that her destiny will take her to space inside the Spútnik II spacecraft and that she will go down in human history.

Tomorrow, the Ludoteca de jardí i carrer will repeat at 10 AM, also in the Auditorium Park. It will be followed at 12 PM by Girafes, by Xirriquiteula Teatre, a delicate and elegant street show. We will see how a family of giraffes strolls through civilization and interacts with everything they encounter. At 12:30 PM, DE BRACET will take place. The proposal by Samfaina de colors (Catalonia) is a surprising and imaginative show with scenes full of objects and adventures that help the little ones appreciate poetry. The one in charge of achieving this is a charming fairy who seeks friends in the streets of the world. Girafes will have a second performance at 4:30 PM, and at 5 PM, AMAL, by La Baldufa (Catalonia), will arrive at the Auditorium Square. The show tells us how, on the outskirts of any city, young Amal flees from the horrors of the war she has experienced in her country and seeks refuge in Europe.

This weekend, Cala Millor is once again dressed in theater. The Millor! Festival returns once more to bring family theater to all audiences. With static and itinerant proposals, it will ensure that the little ones enjoy this art and eagerly await the Millor! of each year.
